Mat-inspiration

I played football since 2a class. When I met my husband, I weighed 65kilo !! When I look at pictures from that time, I almost looked sick ....... !! Then I gradually gained weight ........ In the last 11 years I have weighed at least 76kg ....... overweight according to BMI.

I have done half-hearted attempts to lose weight ...... but never really hurried to fight all the way ....... 5kg down, 2kilo up, 1kg down, 3kg up, etc !!! In the fall of 2016 I hurt my foot ..... it was in September after Ironman. Between September 2016 and March 2017 I went up another 10 kg ..... 10kg !!!

I have long known that weight loss was necessary .... both for my training and above all for my health ... !!! I thought I tested ALL ......... OR YES NEVER at all !!! Last year I decided to start with what I called the "salad diet" ....... ie a combination of LCHF, PALEO, HIGH PROTEIN COST !!! In retrospect, I realized that this could be a "simple to original Paleo". Even in "Paleovärden" it is recommended that you eat a little lower carbohydrates, for example, if you have problems with metabolism and / or exercise stamina. 

I try to eat RENT (according to Paleo), ie as little processed products as possible ...... but yes I have not managed to completely exclude milk products, -I love MILK and cheese !! My goal is to remove carbohydrate intake and sugar ....... such as white flour, sugar, pasta, potato and rice. But I eat fruits, nuts, vegetables, some root vegetables like beetroot and sweet potatoes. While I want to minimize sugar intake, I want high protein intake ....... but not focus on high fat intake as in LCHF !! In the beginning, it went well ...... but after the foot injury, I got into a form of corrosion ...... and the sugars level got high again ... sneaky !! 

Now in September 2017, I have managed to go down to 75kg - 11kg (Nearly 12kg) from March 2017. ... But yes there are a lot of things left ....... because yes, I was overweight already BEFORE the damage ..... !!!!!

In Christmas, I challenged my friend Linda from Holland to drive an Olympic distance with me in August 2017 (Malmö Triathlon) .......... now she has challenged me to be under 70kg before Christmas 2017 ... ... 
Oh yes IT has been my goal all the time !! though I had probably hoped to be "ready" then .... and have as a preliminary final goal 68kg ........ then I'll see ....... ok according to my BMI, I should be less than that ..... BUT I remember the photos from when I weighed 65 o I do not want to look again !! I only accept that my old prosthesis / muscle mass weighs a lot !! 

So my thought is that I will gather tips and recipes for good food ........ a lot of food that has anti-inflammatory effects. I am grateful for tips .... because it is quite easy to get caught in "just a cold regular salad day"





FAKE PASTAGRATÄNG
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken fillet, eggplant, zucchini, garlic, yellow onions, peppers, chili peppers or fresh, salt, pepper, red lentils fusilli (organic), butter, cream (or coconut milk / soybeat or similar), tomatoes to be mixed, any cheese such as masharella / feta cheese / goat cheese (can be excluded). Ev broth. 

HOW TO USE:
Stir the chicken into small pieces with garlic in butter. Spice. Also cook the vegetables. Boil the lentil paste. Feel free with broth. Beat the "pasta" in an oven-proof form. Mix the tomatoes, season with chilin and mix with the cream. Beat the cream over the pasta / chicken / vegetables. Sprinkle on the cheese. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes at about 175 degrees C.

GUACOMOLE
INGREDIENTS:

Avocado, tomato, red onion, garlic, salt, pepper, cold pressed oil, slightly squeezed lemon


HOW TO USE:
Mosa avocadon, chop the other ingredients and mix them with avocadone. 
If it is not to be eaten directly, squeeze a little lemon and it will not get so brown.

BANAN PANNKAKOR (from Colting's naked cookbook)
INGREDIENTS:
2banans, 6-8 eggs, vanilla powder (organic do not use vanilla sugar), almond / peanut butter (preferably homemade), butter or cold-pressed oil, salt. 

How to do:


Smash Bananas, stir together with egg, salt, almond butter. Stir in butter. Serve with fresh berries

Omelett med sötpotatis, rödlök, purjolök och ost. Serveras med avokad och tomat samt kaffelatte med vaniljpulver.

3 kokta ägg, kaviar, brieost, skinkrulle, tomat, kaffelatte med vanlijpulver

Tai mat..... wook...UTAN ris/nudlar

Bulgarisk köttgryta med grönsaker...... utan potatis/ris

Överst är det omelett med fetaost, underst är det grillad bläckfisk

Vänster: Fylld aubergin (åt inte pommesen... fattar inte ens varför jag fick dem), Höger grekisk sallad med feta ost och oliver..... MUMS!!!

Buffe i Kosta....jag frestades att ta 2 kokta potatisar... men åt dem sen ändå inte för allt annat var mumsigt!!

Sallad med crabsticks.... (ok lite processat...)

Lunchsallad, sallads mix, ägg, avokado, cashewnötter, fetaost, morot, babytomater, stekta champinjoner och oliver.

Kycklinggryta med morot, svamp purjolök. Familjen fick ris till men jag tog kokt broccoli o det blev oväntat gott!!

Mina favoriter.... Auberguin med salt/peppar och kryddigost goda både kalla och varna
